Adding Features to Workspaces

What are Workspaces?

Create a Workspace to organize content for an ingredient research project, keep tabs on supplier partners, or share risky alerts with your procurement team so they can react quickly to find alternatives. The options are endless with Workspaces, read more here: What are Workspaces?

What features work with Workspaces?

All the content within Intelligence can be seamlessly integrated into workflows and shared projects by adding watchlists, ingredients, suppliers, alerts, or articles into shared Workspaces.

Adding Intelligence content to a Workspace (rather than a Watchlist) allows more flexibility to share alerts easily with teammates or external partners. This is a great tool to create highly customized and focused Watchlists on specific risk areas or team projects.

Adding watchlists and alerts into Workspaces is available for free – but you’ll need to purchase one or more of the Intelligence add-on packages in order to access deeper data sets. At the free level, you'll have access to the Horizon Scanning Limited package consisting of FDA import alerts.
