What is the Marketplace Suppliers Tab?
In the Marketplace app, the Suppliers Tab grants easy access to view all your connected and prospective supplier partners. From there, you can also quickly send requests or view their item catalogues.
Using the Suppliers Tab
Depending on the supplier, there can be a wealth of information available about them in their Marketplace listing. Follow these steps to review your history with particular suppliers using the Marketplace request features.
Step 1: Go to Marketplace > Suppliers from the left navigation.
For TraceGains enterprise customers, all your connected suppliers will automatically sync with this section, so you’ll be able to easily access Marketplace catalogues for your existing supply partners. As you send requests on the Marketplace to new prospective suppliers, these will also be added to your Suppliers list as prospects.
Step 2: Click a supplier’s name to access their listing on the Marketplace and search among their item catalogues.
Step 3: Click ‘Request History’ to see the full request history for your team with that specific supplier.
Step 4: Review average response time to better understand which suppliers are most responsive so you can get what you need quickly.
