Incoming Marketplace requests for your listing appear in the Customer Management app. Navigate to Customer Management > Dashboard to see all types of pending requests, or go to Customer Management > Sales Hub > Sales Requests > and then click on the Subject to open for more details.
If you also operate as a buyer, Outbound requests sent to other suppliers will live under Marketplace > Requests Sent.
To respond to Marketplace Requests, click on the request subject. You’ll see the name, title and company of the individual making the request. You’ll also see the request type, item application, and the requested information.
Enter your reply and add documents if needed. There is a limit of 5 document uploads in a single request chat.
You will have 7 days to use the dynamic chat to complete the request – the buyer will receive a notification as soon as you respond. Use the “Mark as closed” button when the request is complete.
