Reviewing and Posting Comments via Document Requests
Step 1: On the left-hand navigation, click the Customer Management app > Requests > Documents.
Step 2: Each Document with a comment is reflected by a speech bubble symbol. A solid gray speech bubble means there is no comment. An empty blue speech bubble indicates a comment you’ve opened, while a red solid speech bubble represents an unread comment. Click on any speech bubble to open the comment thread.
Only TraceGains customers will be able to send comments on document requests.
Step 3: Respond to customers or reach out using the thread. Mark the thread as read using the button in the lower left of the comment section.
Reviewing and Posting Comments via Specification Requests
Step 1: On the left-hand side of the screen, click the Customer Management app > Requests > Specifications.
Step 2: Each item with a comment is reflected by a speech bubble symbol. An empty blue speech bubble indicates a comment you’ve opened, while a red solid speech bubble represents an unread comment. Click on any speech bubble to open the comment thread.
Step 3: Add a comment directly from that shared specification page while reviewing and adjusting as needed.
Step 4: Respond to customers or reach out using the thread. Mark the thread as read using the button in the lower left of the comment section. Alternatively, mark a thread as unread to come back later.
