The Dashboard: A Daily To-Do List  

The Customer Management dashboard is the place to see pending requests, activity, and to-do lists.

Click on Dashboard under Customer Management on the left navigation. This page contains the following notifications with direct shortcuts to access the to-do tasks:

  1. Connection Requests
    • A view of pending requests from TraceGains customers. Both location and item requests must be accepted for customers to start sending document requests.
  2. Document Requests
    • Includes all new document requests from TraceGains customers and any document requests that must be fulfilled for other added customers, as determined by document requirements.
  3. Document Requests in Process
    • If in-process document requests have unseen comments, they will show up in this section.
  4. Customer Documents Expiring within 30 days
    • A notification of documents that have been used to fulfill customer requests that are expiring within the next month. Easily update these documents with the new version so your customers will receive that updated document.
  5. Specification Requests in Process
    • If in-process Specification requests have unseen comments, they will show up in this section.  

To quickly access the area to take care of these to-dos, click on the blue “View” link to the right of each row.  

Analytics 

The dashboard also displays some basic graphics and data around customer growth and document requests over time. Consider upgrading to Pro for advanced insights for business growth. 

Activity Tracker

On the Customer Management Dashboard, the “Activity” tab at the top of the page contains the Activity Tracker. This page provides a full view into document fulfillment history including dates, customer names, document types, location, item, and expiration dates. This page can be searched, filtered, and sorted and can be exported as  a spreadsheet at any time.  

Use the dropdown in the top left corner of the table to navigate between a history of Documents Provided, Connection Logs and Forwarded Online Forms.
