Horizon Scanning Global Dashboards

To bring Horizon Scanning Global (HSG) data into your Enterprise - Supplier Management site, set up two dashboards to track key supplier and ingredient warnings. These dashboards provide a streamlined view of recent alerts, helping you monitor supplier risks efficiently.

Setting Up Dashboards for HSG Data in Enterprise

Step 1: Go to the Suppliers tab and create a dashboard. Name the dashboard Smart Alerts

Add the following attributes:

  • Intelligence Supplier Recent Warnings (Supplier/Site)
  • Intelligence Supplier Recent Warnings Date (Supplier/Site)
  • Intelligence Supplier Total Warning Count (Supplier/Site)

Step 2: Go to the Items Supplied tab and create a dashboard.

Add the following attributes:

  • Intelligence Recent Warnings Date (Item Supplied)
  • Intelligence Recent Warnings Count (Item Supplied)
  • Intelligence Total Warning Count (Item Supplied)

Step 3: Alerts can also be accessed and edited from the lower left-hand pane.

Enterprise users will not see the Intelligence option unless their role in TraceGains Gather® has access to Intelligence.
